This single workshop will be held on two half days. 

Electric cooperatives across the nation are facing increased scrutiny. While the focus of this attention varies, it frequently centers on issues of cooperative governance and power sources.

Learn about instances of reputational challenges facing cooperatives across the country, the proactive techniques and strategies that can be taken, how to prepare for media appearances, and experience an online mock interview — an interview style made common by the pandemic, but one that’s here to stay.

Participate as a cooperative “team” in your conference room or individually. Diane Willis, Dave Remondini and NRECA’s Stephen Bell will lead the workshop.

Directors who attend this workshop are eligible for one credit toward NRECA’s Director Gold continuing education requirement.
